Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Design and
Engineering Tech I to join their team of network professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision, test, and turn-up Ethernet, WAN, DIA, and Cloudlink
solutions
Deploy new equipment and customer services across the network
Document work efforts and maintain processes related to service
provisioning and testing
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in IP and Ethernet
networking
Subject matter expert on Layer 1 and 2 of the OSI Model
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Ethernet and IP Networking standards and
technologies
Ability to meet deadlines and handle customer conflict
successfully
