  Additional Providers/Support Staff: Surgical Techs will be in the room. For more complex cases, general surgeons and/or other specialty specific surgeon will be present.
  
  EMR System(s): Epic - highly prefer proficient users
  Lic/Certs: Active OR Lic - BLS - DEA -
  BC/BE: BC
  
  Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
  Start Date: ASAP
  Duration: Ongoing
  Shift: 7p-7a shift and 3-day weekend, potentially 24/7. Shifts are 12 hr night call shifts.
  
  Housing/Travel: Reimbursable

  Notes: COVID vaccine required to work at PeaceHealth – no exemptions - Willing to work less than full time - a week or a few shifts instead of extended periods.
