Provides supervision to Dental Assistant(s) and Dental Hygienist(s) as assigned._x000D x000D_Medical Center is required to mandate the COVID-19 vaccination for all employees and this will be required as a condition of employment. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, reasonable accommodations will be considered._x000D x000D_Responsibilities:_x000D x000D_Within the scope of licensure, provides dental care for patients of all ages through accurate and timely diagnosis and delivery of high quality dental treatment._x000D_Meets productivity goals and clinical measures & standards of the clinic._x000D_Uses current evidence-based guidelines in diagnosing dental disease and creating treatment plans tailored to the patients needs._x000D_Maintains accurate electronic health records of patients and completes documentation in timely manner._x000D x000D_Skills & Knowledge_x000D x000D_Experience working with low-income populations preferred. Experience working on computers including typing/keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of health insurance plans preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements including CLIA and OSHA standards preferred. Ability to work with practice management software required. Bilingual Spanish a plus._x000D x000D_2 years: Two years of General Dentistry experience preferred. Previous community health and/or FQHC experience preferred._x000D x000D_Licenses & Certifications Required: _x000D x000D_CPR_x000D_DEA Certificate_x000D_OR Dental License
