Job Description:
Summit Health is seeking a Pain Medicine APN who would like the
opportunity to join a thriving practice within a financially
secure, physician-driven, multispecialty setting. As an expansion
of Summit Health's Pain Medicine Department, we are seeking a PA or
NP to join our growing Pain Medicine Department. Our team works
closely with primary care and other medical and surgical
specialties to provide excellent quality care to members of our
community. Our team consists of one ACGME fellowship trained Pain
Medicine physician, three APP's, and is supported by a strong care
team and support services. Procedures are performed in clinic and
outpatient surgical services at an efficient, physician-owned ASC.
The Pain Medicine team is supported by an excellent and
collaborative hospitalist team, and enjoys referrals from a primary
care group of over 30 providers.Summit Health is a physician led

resultsResponsibilities Include:
- Patient appointments with diagnoses and treatment of chronic
pain and orthopedic conditions
- Coordination of care and referral to related specialties such
as neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology, and
psychiatry
- Providing wellness services, including assessing, diagnosing,
prescribing, treating, and educating patients
- Ordering diagnostic tests, imaging review, interpreting lab
results including drug screens and medication management
- Ordering procedures including joint injections, spinal
injections, RFA, PRP, SCST, etc.
- Performs minor proceduresLocated east of the Cascade Mountains,
